Pathways to Wellness

Using the power of our very own breath, students are skillfully guided in Chinese (qi gong) and Indian (hatha) yoga techniques to support mental wellness and gently build physical strength and flexibility from the inside out. Sessions cultivate awareness and acceptance and encourage opening, release and grounding.  This class fosters the understanding that the body has an innate wisdom to heal itself when we learn how to work with it and cultivates a healthier, more positive relationship with ourselves and others.   Current students state that they experience a balance of peace, relaxation and renewed enthusiasm for life.  No prior experience necessary.

This class fee is ON DONATION. $5 or $10 is suggested. No one turned away.

Thursdays 1:30 –3 pm

Fridays 6:30-8:00 pm (note: doors close at 6:45)
