By integrating ujjayi breath into daily life the pressure of stressful situations are lessened and feelings of relaxation and being more in the present moment are increased. This breath is at the basis of Eastern healing practices and is taught in many yoga studios.
Unless you have severe asthma or other respiratory issues, ujjayi breath will come very easily, as it is a natural happening. If you are having difficulty learning it you may be trying too hard.
